Terrible Company, Dont Buy From Them

I brought a trampoline HyperJump 3 from Lifespan.com.au the frame rusted out in 3yrs. On buying it came with a 10yr frame warranty.
When I filed a warranty claim. They denied any responsiblity and claimed that it was 'my responsibilty' to sand and repaint any rust as considered 'general maintanence' stated in owners manual.

ATROCIOUS SCAM

Avoid at all costs. Faulty product and terrible customer service, and will ask for money from you during warranty period. Be careful they also go as Lifespan as well as ActiveGo. I have lodged with VCAT

FAULTY PRODUCTS and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

We purchased a brand new threadmill LSG vulcan m2 which unfortunately has not worked since unboxing it. Despite numerous back and forth interactions with the customer service team, after making us change the switch panel, undoing the motor panel and checking for connections, removing the display unit and checking for connections, the machine still does not work. Really disappointed with this product and more so no progress towards an outcome or resolution to our issue after 4 weeks of purchase.

Even if it is few hundred dollars more buy something like Nordictrack as their service would be better and definitely products wouldn’t be this unreliable Show details

LSG chaser 2 Treadmill Faulty Motors

We bought brand new LSG chaser 2 treadmill. Lasted 1 year, motor burning smell. They blamed on user maintenance, then sent out a new motor which only lasted 6 months with similar issues. Show details

Awful, don't even consider using under any circumstances

Customer service is atrocious and even worse is the equipment they supply. Faulty equipment was sent back out, broke again within 48 hours and they are claiming it must be "user error". Already trying to claim warranty is void as it's used "commercial". Our business manager is already licking their lips at the taking legal action Show details

Disgusting service and cheap plastic

Wow it's now 5 weeks of emails and still no resolution. First it was wrong part sent, then correct parts were sent but are cheap plastic that was split and broken on arrival.
Although bike is under warranty they now want $150 to send tech out to fix it.

It's time to go to fair trading I think. Show details

Faulty bike and bad service

Bought a spin bike online through Catch as I’d had no problems with my previous orders. I ended up waiting 2 months for the bike to arrive with no ETA provided, discovered the seat didn’t attach to the frame securely, then spent 3 months dealing with bike pick up and refund. Customer Service seems to be managed off shore, and there’s no direct number to call them - everything is via email. Finally, the matter was resolved, but both myself and Catch had to refer to ACC guidelines after supplier tried to charge me a restocking fee. I’m quite reasonable and wasn’t expecting a commercial grade bike, but overall this was 6 months of wasted time and terrible customer experience. Show details

Not in stock, misleading

Purchased a barbell over a month a go through Catch of The Day. I was told the product was in stock. One month later am I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have called 4 times and each time I have been told someone will contact me soon. Very poor customer service.
