The unit is not easy to operate and I do not recommend it. First there are three heat choices - 1, 2 & 3. 1 & 2 have very clear buttons to push to make them operate but there is no button for setting 3. That is operated by pressing both 1 & 2. It makes it awkward to use. The second issue relates to the temperature dial. It is in white and the actual pointer is merely a slight indent in the white dial, making it very difficult to locate. I used a black tecture to colour it in so I could quickly see it. One should not have to make your own modifications to a new product.
Follow-up · Heating comfort was fine once the unit was operational. We have just left the awkward controls on the same setting which with this cold winter was suitable. It could have been any dark colour to make the dial functional. Otherwise you couldnt find where the dial setting started.
