Update: The heater worked great but then it failed to turn on after 11 days. 4 stars to 2 stars.

Going to try and return it tomorrow. Have no receit but still have the box.

I purchased this heater from Big W in June 2017. First thing, people HAVE to stop trying use a heater made for heating small rooms, to use a heater this size to heater large open areas. Second thing, this product is not a wood or gas heater, therefore DO NOT expect it to produce the same of heat and warmth.

I brought this heater to heat my bedroom when finishing a evening shift or night shift. This heater does a perfect job for it is intended to do. It has a 4 settings, fan, low heat, high heat and adjustable heat. I leave it on adjustable setting to 20degrees (you can set the adjustable degree between 15 -25 degrees). And the secret to keep your room warm is to close the door to trap in the heat and prevent cold draughts, this heater takes around 5 to 10 minutes to get my 16square metre bedroom to 20°, then the machine will shut off until the room temp drops below 19°. The fan can be heard but is quiet. The build is solid and should only be moved when cool. The unit has a cut off safety if tip over while on.

Overall happy with the product, because its designed to heat small to mid size rooms and does it perfectly for the price.

Nightmare. Just bought it 3 days ago. Product has it own mind, it doesn't turn on when I want it to – I Brought it 3 days ago from bigW . giving me a big headache. Faulty product, doesn't turn on all the time. will fix itself overnight, then it doesn't work when I want it to. Don't buy this heater. I repeat, don't buy this heater. Want money back. . Poor Handle Design – Overall a great heater, it heats the small rooms it's designed for very well and very fast, just for the life of you DO NOT attempt to move this heater, I tried moving it to my study but the handle they give you is a slippery slit in the back of the device with so support from the front leaving the whole device tilting over your fingers hoping the… Read more

frictionless surface the handle is made of (or more actually not made just lazily added on at the last second) until it eventually drops and bits of cheap plastic come flying off.

The product will now sometimes not work when I go to use it but will fix itself overnight only to stop working again another night, it's currently running right now but whoever decided the handle wasn't important enough for a better design you have really made my experience with this product a living nightmare.
