Excellent! – Purchased on special from Amazon in August 2020 (just looked up when) have used it regular as sometimes the solar panel and charger that maintain my utes battery fail, I live remote and often don't drive for a month, it has never let me down and has been able to turn the ute over 3 times in a row when the ute didn't want to idle. Low quality product – Gooloo customer service is poor, my battery died and it is not working. Fiona from customer service has refused to help as I have lost the invoice, even though this happened within the 1 year of purchase. I will never buy the Gooloo product again. Show details

Gooloo GP2000 NEVER worked! – Straight out of the box, the Gooloo GP2000 Jump Starter Powerbank NEVER could charge fully nor could it charge any electronic device, iPad Pro being the smallest load (2.4A) tested. heard from Gooloo again about addressing the issues reported about their faulty product so I recently gave them a nudge to be told that this last contact was now out of the warranty window, totally disregarding my first formal complaint. Appalling non-working product and deceitful customer service. Issue now reported to the Office of Fair Trading. $149 down the drain - never again.

Best thing I've ever bought! – My Gooloo has saved me more times than I can count on my fingers. The unit is well packed in a quality, sturdy bag. It has all the accessories that might be needed and is so easy to use you'll never need jumper leads and a bloke again. Gooloo 1200A Peak Supersafe Car Jump Starter – Unit arrived well packaged and very well made. Very compact and light . Starting ability for up to 5.5 ltr diesel and 7.0 ltr Petrol. Jumper for your car – The thing is heavier than I expected. Not built flimsy. Definitely has a good built quality to it. Many features packed into this. Only thing missing must be kitchen sink. cold winters. I haven't had a chance to do a jump start yet. Keeping it in the car just in case as I don't have an NRMA membership. Prices have come down on these items over the years. Appear to be a safer way to jump start the car
