Amazing – Really great fitness studio with a super friendly atmosphere. The trainers are all great and hold awesome classes. I feel like they are committed with my goals and keep me accountable. I definitely recommend this place :)

Personalised service, a variety of programs! – I do a combination of group classes and personal training and am a fan of both! All the trainers are fun and provide personalised service. I always look forward to the training sessions and leave feeling as though I have had a great workout. There is always good music and great people around. It certainly helps that there is a train station nearby as well as good parking.
