Take the engine cover off.

Get a paper towel and dab it around, until you find exactly where the oil leak is.

If the leak is coming from the valve cover gasket, then it is easy to fix.

It seem to be a bit lower i check the valve cover made sure the oil filter was tight it's not low on oil it could be a hose near the steering rack i don't know any help please

I think he meant the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter).

Did you recently change the engine oil? Some oil may have spilled onto the engine and is just burning up. (And in which case is no big deal)

Unfortunately not, had a similar issue as the battery was failing in two of them and had to be replaced all 4. There is no fuse to disable the light, you take out the actual light bulb out of the dash but unsure of cost of vs replace tyre sensor. Also the tyre sensor has to be synced to the car manually just installing it does not fix the tyre pressure warning sign so it might have not failed after all. for that you might have to go to the dealer

Thanks for your reply. I've been in discussions with the Toowoomba dealership and been given the "flat battery" story, as it seems that's 'all they have', but I just don't buy it... It's not logical. To replace all 4 would be $600 and they cannot guarantee all 4 won't have flat (or near flat) batteries "off the shelf from the warehouse. I'm booked in to get the brand new one calibrated.... By the workshop managers advice it should "work". ;⁠-⁠)

Everytime I rotate my tyres, the tyre pressure display shows the wrong tyre pressure and a warning light. Then after 10,000 kms, I rotate the tyres again and all is good. I can't be bothered getting Great Wall to calibrate the tyre sensor everytime I rotate my tyres, so the display shows a warning light for 10,000 km, until I rotate the tyres again.

Get the compress checked, the steed is known to have issues with the aircon that's about the only thing that breaks on these utes

My autel scan tool won’t do it and I e tried all the options on the internet that I could find

This is the only real annoying thing I have found with the Steed. To get rid of the spanner and/or the engine you have to: Make sure the air con button is on the off position and the fan is off. 1: Warm the engine up, the temp has to be a minimum for the first bar, I do it to normal max heat. 2: Turn the engine off and wait 10 mins. 3: Turn the key to the on position, making sure you don't turn the engine on, just turn the key to the position before you turn the engine over. 4: Turn to the off position, wait 20 seconds.

Now do the following with in a 30 second time period.

5: Turn the key to the on position. 6: Turn the key to the off position 7: Turn the key to the on position 8: Turn the key to the off position. 9: Put your foot on the clutch 10. Now you turn the engine on so it starts running. 11: Immediately take your foot off the clutch 12: Press the air-conditioning button to on position (Do not turn the fan on)

Now just wait. Do not press any buttons or any pedals etc.

The engine should go to 2,000 revs by itself. This will last 10 to 20 minutes.

Sometimes you have to do the whole procedure twice. Sometimes, when the engine light is on, the ute will drive fine, and it will turn off by itself.

To stop the spanner light from going on, you should drive at 2500 to 3000 revs for 20 mins every so often.

If its the same as diesel, its in a discrete panel on drivers side of the dashboard. Look between door and dash youll see a panel on side of the dash.
