Good mower, catcher feed not great – I have owned the mower (2516407AU) for a year now. It came with a 6A fast charger, 6.0Ah battery and the mower itself - from TT Capalaba. Through redemption I got an additional 6.0Ah battery and a 60v brushless blower. The mower is good with a great runtime especially with the two 6.0Ah batteries, it uses more battery power in self propelled and turbo modes. It takes a while to get used to the hand controls and when to release in the self propelled mode at the end of a run. It cuts pretty well on a relatively flat yard and compared to a petrol mower is not hugely different. The turbo mode is used most of the time for my yard as the mower can struggle on grass if it is at height setting three or lower. It folds for upright storage which is handy if storage space is a bit limited. The mulch plug use is good if you don't need to use the catcher.

My main gripes are firstly with the grass catcher feed - the mower doesn't seem to feed the catcher well and it needs emptying well before it is full to avoid grass cuttings being left on the ground. Secondly, you can't clean the mower with water (as it is an electrical device), I understand this, but the grass build up on the underside of the deck is difficult to remove without water. I have used water very carefully with no adverse effects to date, then spraying the clean deck underside with silicon spray to aid future cleaning. This seems to help a bit.

Batteries have indicator LED's to show remaining power and the charger has a fan and can be wall mounted.

The blower (via redemption) is quite heavy but super powerful especially with the turbo button pressed, in my opinion it would be equal to a petrol or wired electric blower.

Overall I am quite happy with the mower but in my opinion it is let down a bit by the catcher feed system.

Excellent Stuff – I bought Greenworks 60v push mower kit with 4Ah battery/charger + string trimmer multi tool I also bought 60v blower kit to get an extra 4Ah battery and I'm pleased I did. I have a 700sqm block minus about 200sqm for house 1 battery looked after the mowing (1bar showing at end) and the other looked after trimmer and blowing (2bar at end) Batteries charged in about 20min each and stayed fairly cool. Multi tool and blower both have variable speed and are about the same weight as my bushranger petrol stuff. Having spent time mowing commercially I am use to a self drive dedicated mulch but could not find an electric dedicated mulch mower I also didn't want the maintenance of self drive. The main reason for buying Greenworks over Ego is because of cut diameter, Larger cut blade is much closer to side of mower due to it being steel rather than plastic like Ego, also GW has side chute option for long grass. Grass was a bit longer than I usually leave it for but I mulched on height setting 2 with good results. I never use a catcher so long as grass isn't left too long no one would even know the difference Very happy so far. This is an unbiased, unpaid Review that I have given due to a lack of 60v push mower reviews in AU

After using this mower for over a year I can confirm I am still happy with it. Side chute not great with long grass, gets clogged easily but good mulcher and plenty of power.

Excellent product @ early stage of ownership – Before the end of 2023, I bought a 60V Greenworks kit which includes a 46cm push mower, a 4Ah battery and a multi-tool trimmer string and blade. Having used both the tools five times in less than a month, while I cannot say much about the tool reliability/durability, I can confirm that this kit is solidly built and works very well as expected. The 4Ah battery allows mowing approximately 250sqm and charging is very fast. This mower is quieter, smoother and more powerful but about 2kg heavier than my previous Husqvarna LC141. The multi tool trimmer is also easy to use, powerful and light. The 4Ah last much longer with the trimmer. I do not use the string operation, only the steel blade which works very well. I rely on my EGO string trimmer which has powerload and auto string release which I am very happy with these two God-send features. That's all I can say at this stage.

This is a follow-up assessment after 13 months of owing/using the mower, use on average once a fortnight, each time a 4Ah battery capacity. The mower presents no issues in term of reliability and performance, operates like the first day. The grass bag needs a shovel by hand to empty the space near the opening for maximum catching capacity, however, this intervention is required occasionally. I guess when the grass is wet it's harder to move towards the other end of the bag. The batteries (4Ah and 6Ah) remain strong with no reduction of power and charging is fast and reliable. I found Greenworks batteries are superior that EGO batteries which I use for blower and line trimmer. That will be in another review which will cover various brands of power tools I have used. Another strength of this mower involves waterproofing. After the warranty expired, I have washed the mower after use with garden hose numerous times and experience no issues at all. As a caution, the battery is removed before washing, and I wait for the mower is fully dried prior test run to ensure it is ok. I can conclude that the mower is absolutely waterproof.

The cons include the lack of handles for lifting the mower into a car boot. To address this issue, I drilled and fitted two handles on front and rear of the body with bolts. The next negative is the large gaps between the black plastic panel underneath and the steel main body which allows the dirt collected inside the space. With times, the body metal can be corroded. To address, I have sealed the gap with sealant. I hope Greenworks read this review and address these.
