The bassinet mesh liner has stitching that is unraveling, and there are gaps when you place the liner on the bassinet. The service from this company is non-existent. They could not offer a replacement for a faulty mesh liner and said to take it back to the store. Pathetic pisspoor service and poor baby products. Give me a second-hand product from a quality brand any day. Take your third-world products and sell them to the people that you hire to answer the phone, not to the people of Australia. This is not a third-world country.
