What defines acceptable quality? – Purchased a Grotime Norway cot from Baby Bunting. After arriving at home I had discovered splintering on the cot base ( https://i.imgur.com/nDfFTnD.jpg , https://i.imgur.com/EZO0IFk.jpg ). Contacting Grotime directly I was told that the damage was superficial and a replacement would not be honoured. In my opinion this contradicts their warranty… Read more

statement ( https://i.imgur.com/NLF1kWC.png ). Maybe I'm wrong and this is acceptable quality for Grotime? Who knows? I've returned it for a refund and purchased a Boori Dawn Expandable cot! Baby Bunting were fantastic to deal with! Grotime not so much.
