Gymea Bay Fitness Studio

Good gym – Great gym, close to the train station. Not too busy and heaps of equipment. Staff were nice enough and price was reasonable.

Bad Service & Pricing – I went in for the first time and asked about payment and membership options. Receptionist didn't have any idea, but said it was okay for me to go upstairs and try out the facility. 15 minutes later, I returned to reception and was asked to pay a $22 fee for using the facility and still no membership options. Felt ripped off and mislead and won't be going back.

Love it! – I have been a member for a number of years and love this gym because the staff are friendly (they all remember your names), there is a great variety in classes & the gym is open to new suggestions, plenty of equipment and all round comfortable feeling. Yes it is pricier then other gyms but I think it is 100% worth it to not just be another number!

Great gym, near Gymea Station. Convenient! – I have been a member since 2007, and love this gym. The location is perfect - close to Gymea Station, so I go there before/after work on the train. They have parking underneath the gym as well. The gym equipment is new, and I never need to wait for a machine as they have so many. I'm a big fan of the yoga and pilates classes too. My membership includes all classes which is great.

Have recommended this gym to many friends and family.

Also there are great trainers at this gym, and I do personal training sessions every now and again when I need some extra motivation and skills Personal Training classes are cheap and effective, great facilities and machines, classes are fun.

OK – generally clean equipment and clean premises. price not cheap, but handy to my home so location means a lot.can be cold in winter, making it hard to warm up. friendly staff.
