h2 Quench Wine Tumbler 350ml

Bought this tumbler, for drinking my wine, at 81, keep getting up to put another small amount in my glass, so it is chilled, is wearing, soo, decided to buy an insulated tumbler with lid. It arrived and I was thrilled, it was beautiful, until I used it. When I tip it towards my mouth, it dribbles, leaving the front of me, with wine stains. I wrote and told House, and Cloe replied, asking me to send a video of it happening!! I live on my own family live abroad, so not sure how to drink wine, and try to video myself doing it!! I have noticed to avoid rectifying a problem, firms are now asking for proof, using a video. I bought a pool cleaner, and it didn't work. I was asked to send a video, of it not working!!! These are ridiculous requests. I told Cloe to forget it, I would buy a different brand, however I am disgusted to be treated so casually. I would be reluctant to buy from this company again.
