Keeps breaking down – This is not a good dishwasher. It was cheap BUT I guess you get what you pay for. I have had to have it serviced many times now as it keeps breaking down. The first two service calls were covered under warranty but there have been many more since that I've had to pay for. The money I've spent on getting it fixed would have been better spent on a decent brand like a Bosch or Dishlex. I would never buy anything Haier again. Disappointing.  Show details

Junk - Do Not Buy This Brand!!! – I have only had it a few weeks and am sorry I bought it. Every time you push the tray in with dishes loaded it does not align on the rails, so you have to lift and place it. It takes ages to do a load. I see that this and other fundamental design/manufacturing floors have been listed online. I called Retravision where I bought it from and they… Read more

directed me to Haier 1300 304 450. I waited 32 minutes for the phone to be answered. I was given another number to try in future 1300 650 725 (which I haven't tried as yet). Then, after another five minutes I found out that they had sent me to the repair division. Appalling. What happened to Australian Standards??

Whoever said that this product is awesome has got rocks in their head.

Heap of crap machine and manufacturer!! – The most incompetent company I think I've ever had to deal with! The machine broke after 3 uses. God help anyone who doesn't have someone sitting at home doing SFA waiting for workmen to turn up to fix the POS. Then when you call the manufacturer to find out what's happening to the service booking. No record! Then you can't get a refund on the POS… Read more

because it's not a "major fault" and you just have to put up with the incompetent POS manufacturer, and hope it doesn't break again!

July 4th 2017 Update: Absolute heap of excrement

Used the machine twice before it stopped heating the water. Then spent the next several months trying to get the machine fixed then eventually removed and refunded. The two occasions when I did use it, the trays are a pain to get in and out, not staying in place. Should never have passed the tests to be sold to the public.

Cheap, but efficient dishwasher – Was a little dubious at the possible quality of this product, to our surprise it does a good job, it is a little bit noisy but we can live with that. A great product at a reasonable price. If you are after a budget dishwasher that does a good job then it would suit you. We have had this dishwasher for 2.5 years and it still works and looks like new.

Awesome – Ok, I've had this dishwasher for around 5/6 months now & it's fantastic. Washes the dishes perfectly & dries them just as gd. Have used the 35 minute wash cycle a lot with perfect results (lightly dirty dishes). My partner & I could not be happier with this machine & for $349 WOW.  Show reply

Doesn't wash dishes, takes 2-3 hours for one load – Doesn't clean dishes at all, at the end, after you waited for 2 hours you will have to wash everything by hand! Very loud, feels like a lawn mover inside a house. Short cycle is about 30 min and you will have dishes with soap on them. Horrible product, waste of money, do not buy it!
