This dishwasher is incredibly quiet when in use. It cleans everything very well & glassware is sparkling. A nice feature is that at the end of the cycle, it plays a calm tune to let you know that the load has finished. The cutlery drawer at the top is great because it cleans them well. The colour (black) is a matt colour & fits in well with our other kitchen goods. Show details
3 warranty claims in under 2 years. Very disappointing that it has had to be repaired so often. Won’t buy this brand again Show details
If I could give this appliance zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, it consistently fails to clean dishes properly, regardless of how many settings I try or what dishwasher tablets or powders I use. I regularly clean the filters and run maintenance cycles, but nothing improves the results. Dishes often come out still dirty and barely dry, with… Read more
bits of food or grime randomly left behind, even though I always scrape, rinse, and remove large debris before loading. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like a complete waste of money.
I purchased this to replace a second-hand Miele that was 10 years old, only because the repair cost was estimated at $600–$800. I now regret that decision and wish I had invested in the repair instead. The performance gap is significant.
The dishwasher clogs frequently, and while cleaning it is doable, it hasn’t made any long-term difference. Overall, I’ve found the features and controls easy enough to use, but unfortunately, the performance just doesn’t live up to what you’d expect from a new appliance.
The worst dishwasher around – This dishwasher does deserve a star at all! It's the worst dishwasher I have ever had! Has all the features that my old Westinghouse had and was supposed to hold more place settings but that's because it only fits skinny tiny plates! I had to return a new modern dinner set I was given as a gift as it didn't fit in the racks in the lower basket as… Read more
the plates had edge/lip on them! But the thing that annoys me the most is the quick 60min cycle even with the "extra dry" the dishes are still soaking wet every time! I have followed troubleshooting for these issues and they are still wet! I have changed the auto door settings for drying on the normal setting and still soaking wet dishes after every cycle! For a busy young family this is a massive waste of my time drying dishes manually! The filter is also shocking to try and empty! Its hit and miss either the base comes out or it doesnt! Please if you have a family don't waste your money on this dishwasher it will make you so cranky! I wish I could return it to the Good Guys for anything else! Never buying a Haier again!!!
I'm very impressed that it actually dries plastics! – After our previous Haier dishwasher died (survived +11!) I wasn't hesitant to invest in another Haier. I read a few reviews on different models and went in-store to view other brand options. I've had it for a couple of weeks now and it has not disappointed. It's quiet, inside is stainless steel, has a cutlery drawer, some inside plate stands can… Read more
be made flat to fit larger items, looks sleek and modern, middle shelf can be raised/lowered, the auto program is 1hr 22mins long (takes the guesswork out) and the auto door opening feature is fantastic at quickly drying items. As an example, I put it on the auto program at 4pm today with an ALDI tablet with rinse aid and when I unloaded it at 8pm, everything was completely dry.
This dishwasher has been a godsend and I'm glad I didn't choose the more expensive, non-plastic drying german brand the salesman recommended. As a mother of toddlers, I love not having to hand dry the endless number of plasticware we use!
Haier poor service – Dishwasher starting to leak water after 6 month. 2 weeks later technician check and on his report he recommended to be replaced Customer service denied claim and organised a senior technician will bring parts to repair. 1.5 weeks later , same technician called and surprised product hasn’t been replaced. He didn’t have parts to repair. Customer service still denies replacement and not ETA for parts
Worst dishwasher ever! EDIT: It was faulty but it still sucks!! – We’ve had this dishwasher going for a month now and it NEVER cleans everything. Items come out with food still on them and plastics feel greasy. We’ve tried everything including hand washing which is ridiculous because what’s the point of a dishwasher if I have to hand wash everything first!!!! EDIT: We had the repair people come and take a look… Read more
at it, and one of the spinning arms didn't spin, so it was replaced. The new dishwasher is better, but not by much. I was incredibly impressed with the speed at which they showed up, diagnosed and replaced the faulty dishwasher. They were easy to deal with and installed the new dishwasher quickly. However, a year later, there are more faults to be found with this dishwasher. The hose at the back doesn't fit properly and often comes loose or completely off. This dishwasher is so poorly made. Find another dishwasher! This one isn't worth the money!! The only thing I like about this dishwasher is that it opens at the end of the cycle to let the steam out and dry faster.
