Moved into new build so didn’t choose this dishwasher can assume developer has gone for something to save themselves money without giving quality. Features are basic Cycles are long and don’t wash dishes well Glasswear especially left with water marks as dishwasher doesn’t dry The top rack is unusually deep leaving the lower rack too squished… Read more

for dinner plates and other larger dishes. Cutlery basket is also pointless get with the times and do a tray

Worst dishwasher I've ever used – Bottom tray requires a thorough pre-clean hand washing, and the top tray at least a good rinse before starting a cycle. Everything is dripping wet at the end of the process. The door hyper extends open and the trays are not tethered to the rails properly. Easily the worst washer.

Not worth the time and effort – The first year, this dishwasher did ok. Only used sparingly around 2-3 times per week, Over the last 4 years we have had nothing but problems(it stopped working 12 months ago and we have been handwashing ever since). All dishes had to be thoroughly rinsed before putting them in the dishwasher with not a speck of food on them(which the point of a… Read more

dishwasher is.....?). Faults were: dripping tray, overflow, motor/pump failure, rollers that the trays went onto stuffed up constantly. Couldn't fit tall cups/glasses/wineglasses. I did love the look of the front, but with 4 young kids it showed up marks constantly. Have finally bit the bullet and pulled this one out and bought a Bosch second hand which is super awesome!

Love my dishwasher – This is truly the best dishwasher, it cleans so much better and has a heap of settings. It's super easy to work out. You don't have to force the door shut and it has plenty of room. Like any dishwasher if you don't pack it right it won't clean the dishes. This dishwasher has made it so easy with great space between each dish so they clean. It… Read more

dries everything perfect and the fast wash s great for parties when your trying to do lots of quick cleans. I love this product. It is the best. Everything. It's awesome. Is a little louder but that's it.

Haier HRW300SS = RUBBISH !! – There were Numerous faults including the motor/pump failure which took 3 months to get fixed, The Tray wheel failures (Top and bottom) which are never ending, The Rear seal wear failure (3 times in 5 years...) Tray failures (plastic too light - steel corrodes underneath within 2 years) etc. etc. Not Much Made to last 3 years only...

Terrible Brand Terrible Dish washer – Very disappointing. I bought mine at Harvey Norman Logan - the selling point was the handle matched my kitchen handles and the buttons were concealed. What the sales guy did not mention was the reliability factor was like buying an xf Ford falcon and the door handles kept braking - known fault and the repair men would only do a stop gap measure -… Read more

put a bit of glue on the nuts that hold the handle and hope it holds long enough until the warranty runs out.

I have had 2 calls for the handle and 1 for the heater (heat pump failed) and the final call for bottom spinner would not spin as the half cycle device was broken causing the water to only go to the top spinner and not the bottom.

As the guy was repairing it, the carpet for the sound proofing fell out of the door and the guy said it is not worth putting back in as it would just fall back out after time, their cheap and nasty.. Don't plan on watching TV or sleeping when the dish washer is on - its unbelievable how loud it actually is.

Given mine broke again 4 days out from Christmas, I bit the bullet and bought a fisher & pikel twin dish draws and so far so good. I will flik the Haier off to ebay to some other poor person. That said it has been repaired since. Buttons Concealed Unreliable - extremely noisey and poor

Not good at all. Glad to see it go – We bought a house at the beginning of the year that had this particular dishwasher installed. To program it to a certain cycle was very time wasting as it would take at least a few minutes to get the right one. It worked for the first week then stopped. I then thought to give it a try a month later and it worked for about a week but completely… Read more

shut down and left water in the bottom now it won’t turn on.

Defiantly will not buy or recommend a Haier dishwasher to anyone in the future.

I also found the front handle would always come lose.

I’m just glad we didn’t pay a cent for it. It looks nice outside on the street. The handle would always be lose, Hard to program.

Rubbish – We have owned many different brands of dishwasher and will never buy a Haier again. It broke down again yesterday, This has happened many times. We are soo over getting it fixed we are not going to bother this time- we are just going to buy another one and if will not be a Haier. Things were never clean either and the handle kept coming loose, all the bits on the insides racks keep falling off. Very very disappointing! Looks nice

Terrible product – We went for the cheaper option (a Haier) and we've paid the price. It doesn't clean things properly, the handle keeps coming loose, it sounds like an A380 taking off when it runs. Agree with other reviewer that it must use dirty water to do the final rinse as muck is literally baked on to everything in the top drawer. Kept being told I had to… Read more

"clean the filter" but that's not the problem. Bad design is the problem. Heard these guys just bought 40% of F&P....maybe they'll be better in a few years, or maybe F&P is about to crash and burn.

It doesn't do it's primary function: clean!. Way too noisy when running.

Good – I would have no hesitation in recommending this dishwasher to anyone. It is quiet, effective and certainly value for money. Apart from that it is an extremely good looking appliance! I found this good looking dishwasher to be quite inexpensive compared to others. However it's energy ratings and water usage was up there with the more expensive,… Read more

well known products. I have found it to be quiet and effective at cleaning my dishes. It is extremely easy to use and all the buttons are hidden at the top of the door, making it look very minimalist and stylish. Occasionally, a dish would come out at the end with a little speck of food left on it but it sure beats washing them up manually!

Excellent – Absolutely love the machine. would recommend it to anyone as I already have. As the sales guy advised Haier is a premium Chinese manufacturer that manufactures for brands such as Fisher and Paykel so why pay the high price tag just for a name?? Buy the Haier it's great washers very well even very siloed pots and pans, super quiet, concealed… Read more ·  1

buttons great if you have young kids, water rating onlt 11.5lt, looks fantastic sleek, has a half load option that I love, great price. dishes not always dry at end of cycle but not a major issue, stainless steel needs constant cleaning with young kids.

Terrible – Don't waste your time on sub-standard products from company that don't care about there customers. Buy a Bosh looks ok broken for the second time, 2 months out of warranty now and the customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with.
