how many times we cleaned the filter, drained the hose there was never a blockage. Every couple of cycles it would stop, wouldn’t purchase again.

never use kg as a size – Bought an 8.5Kg to replace my 8Kg but it didn't fit the same amount of clothes. So I measured the inside drum of the new 8.5Kg and found that the measurements were smaller than the old 8Kg one I replaced. Apart from the size problem I've found the washing machine works as good as the old one. I would like to note that I originally ordered the 9Kg but they could not Supply so they offered me the 8.5Kg. Show details

Worst washing machine I have ever had – I did my research before buying this washing machine and I honestly thought it would be a good choice. enough time for the 1000 Spin to perform properly. In my opinion, if the user manual says there is a 1000 spin on this wash, I dont expect to take my clothes out of the washer, with them literally dripping with water. Secondly, it is now leaking water from the door and causing puddles on the floor.

The only positive thing I can say is that it is really quiet. I dont find that it washes my clothes as good as my last washing machine.

Overall, this is a very disappointing purchase for me. Perhaps I have just had bad luck
