Not worth the price. This machine feels cheap with a plastic lid. Over complicated, too many buttons and wifi what for ? We replaced a 25 year old Maytag for this cheap quality but expensive machine. If you have a machine that was built in the 90s spend a $1000 to get it fixed.

CLOTHES NEVER LOOKED BETTER – We replaced our original 20 year old Maytag washing machine with a Haier 12 kg and couldn't be happier with its performance. It's easy to use and much quieter than the old washing machine. We basically push 2 buttons, the on button and the start button and the washing machine does everything itself sensing the required water level and the auto dosing. The two lint filters do a great job of removing lint from clothes. We were debating getting a front loader for water saving but found that the Haier had a good star rating both in terms of electricity use and water use so decided to save our backs constantly bending over with a front loader and went for the top loader. It's a very smart looking washing machine also.
Does the job so far so good – Replaced my FP 23yo top loader. Was scared to get a Haier did heaps of research and with my space kept coming back to Haier. Wanted a top loader bc I'm too tall to bend as I age. My FP was 7.5 kg wanted much bigger the 10kg looked tiny in store, so went 12kg it's huge inside but width depth well below every other brand. Had this unit for 4 months and I'm pleased. The Auto water is rubbish won't cover clothes and I had detergent powder residue on shirts which annoyed me off. If you select bulky cycle it's better adds more water but 50% i use low med setting, perfect. Love the capacity love no agitator. Clothes are clean. Spin cycle is 750 rpm my old FP was 1000. So washing comes out a bit damp but next day it's dry on my clothes horse. It's very quiet mostly you can barely hear it. Occasionally taps the hose against wall as it pumps out water, so I tied hose up. Filters are great very easy to clean. Dispensers are great have not used auto sensor yet. Controls are touch sensitive so don't press hard like me lol. UV sanitise is good you can see the uv lights on too. Very stable very heavy it's not moving and no vibration. I was told not to wash my Q size Donna it might wreck & age machine. Also I can't open lid all way bc my dryer mounted above blocks it which never occurred to me as no one talks about dimensions with lid open. I came up with a hack to overcome so all good. FP own Haier now all made in China so....... Got a good discount from E and S too and delivery install removal was a breeze. I'm happy so far and would recommend.
