The most misleading business statement is that the wigs are custom made. There is not one customs thing about the wigs. They required no custom measurements or length or texture or sizes. are not eligible for a return or refund. They claim express postage and it was ordered on the 13th, required for an event on the 18th and arrived today being the 24th. The customer service response to my emails requesting a return of the unopened unused non custom made wig they put right refused and were the most disgraceful customer service I have ever received. I have been a professional hairdresser and business owner for over 20 years. DO NOT BUY from this company! They are cheap money grabbers and will refuse to refund or even exchanged unused or poor quality product misleading the consumer by claiming them as customer made as the reason you can’t return them. There is NOTHING custom about the wigs you can all buy the exact same wig not custom to one person. It’s a loop hole so they can sell poor quality hair to consumers and not offer them a refund. The colour is not even close to the pictures the only thing custom is the box from china the wholesale order arrived it.

Fake Hair – I ordered 200g of 22 inch The website claims to sell real remmy virgin human hair. I received fake hair with a strong plastic smell, similar to dolls hair. has been doing hair for over 20 years. My stylist has also notified me that it is not real hair. I sent numerous emails to this business to discuss this serious matter & they failed to resolve this issue. This is now a case with ACCC & I will be also taking legal action. This business is selling products that are fake & the general public have been purchasing these products. They have a liability to refund all purchases made.
