Happy Liver capsules are the extra-added assistance my liver has needed to process and methylate my hormones, as I move fully into menopause. Not only do I have 3 hormonal health conditions that require support, I now also have other issues that definitely are helped by taking Happy Liver every day. I recently ran out and noticed a marked difference in how I felt. It was a good day when my delivery arrived. I'll make sure this doesn't happen again.
