Barbs T. I've tried many sleep supplements and MSP is consistently my preferred choice. It helps me relax, fall asleep faster and stay asleep for longer stretches. I feel more rested in the morning so it definitely also improves the quality of my sleep. Would recommend it:-)
The MSP supplement has been amazing. It took a couple of weeks to really kick in but l now sleep like a baby. I used to never be able to get to sleep or stay asleep and would only get 5 hours sleep a night. I now get to sleep quickly and stay asleep. I now average about 7 hours sleep per night and feel much better and more energetic.

but just get up and move The taste is not an issue. I mix a full heap scoop in a glass of cold water. I was having it on natural yoghurt but prefer to drink it. It's amazing and even with my lupus it helps so much. I have inflammation galore in my body and this is my go to for pain relief. Just a pity there wasn't one for excess belly lol Get ya hands on the MSP you Def won't be disappointed. "
A really useful product – This product really helps ease the leg pain I suffer at night, which in turns helps me to sleep easier and better quality. I do recommend this product. I really notice a difference in pain levels if I run out!

Sleeping better – I have been taking MSP for about 3 weeks now. I have been falling asleep so much quicker and staying asleep. The taste is actually really nice too. It's a bit like fizzy orange juice. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs help with sleeping. Show details · 1
Great products! – Since I have been taking MSP and Collagen for the past 8 weeks I have noticed my skin improve and brain fog and aching joints have subsided. I have also been sleeping more soundly recently! I am looking forward to continuing to use these supplements ongoing. It Actually Worked – I didn’t realize how much this product was helping me, until I found myself sleeping straight through the night without interruption! Usually I am up at least twice a night. This product is amazing Show reply
