nights to the point I started taking drowsy antihistamines hoping to get some sleep through the extreme heat of the nights . My experience was as follows; Week 1- these tablets taste horrible and no change in the frequency and intensity of the hot flushes and night sweats at all. I felt very disappointed even though it says it could take a month to work but my patience was wearing very thin. Week 2- towards the end of week 2 the frequency of the hot flushes during the day continued as normal but I started to notice they lost a little of the intensity. Night sweats continued as normal and no change. Still felt disappointed as the nights were literal hell. Week 3- day hot flushes pretty much halved in frequency and although they remained that feeling of what I can only describe as a lethal injection working its way up my torso and into my neck and face was gone and although the flushes remained the sweating was gone. I started feeling like maybe these tablets worked for me during the day but not at night as the nights remained unchanged. Week 4- day flushes COMPLETELY gone but that was not my miracle. FINALLY these tablets started to take the edge off the horrible night sweats. I was sleeping a little better and experiencing less hot flushes although I still remained very hot. Week 5- the days are great now and no more flushes still. The nights improved dramatically although I still remained hotter than usual (before peri menopause I ran colder than most). The flushes though were gone. Week 6- for the first time in over a year the fan that I had developed an unatural attachment to during the nights finally went off. I was now free from the flushes and night sweats completely. I was in disbelief. Week 7- interestingly, I started to notice less hair fall which isn’t advertised as a benefit of these tablets yet somehow this has improved for me. I know my review is long but I hope it helps someone as these were the answers I was looking for in my search for relief and couldn’t find a detailed review to answer all of these questions and timelines. BTW, these tablets taste horrible but push through as the benefits far outweigh this negative.

Made the night worse – I took one night tablet an hour before bed and went to sleep ok. Then woke up with the worst hot flush I’d ever had. I felt woozy and head was spinning. Today I still feel a bit out of it and have a headache. I won’t be taking the day tablets, waste of money. Show details

Fantastic product – I’ve been using this product for nearly 3 months, plus taking evening primrose oil. I can’t take products which have black cohosh in. I no longer has hot flashes during day or night, no sleep disturbances and if I wake up during night,I easily go back to sleep. This product has changed my life. Show details

Helped me sleep – I’ve had trouble sleeping for months due to night sweats and waking to go to the toilet and not being able to go back to sleep. I take 1 tablet before I sleep and I sleep all night reduced my night sweats and really calming as well. It’s wonderful ! Show details

Fantastic! – I have been taken the stronger Harmony tablets 1 in the morning & 1 at night they are fantastic and really work hot flushes have disappeared and other symptoms that come with menopause have also stopped! Very happy – First night, help me have a sound sleep an help me with my hot flushers throughout the night, taking one tablet at lunch time an then two an hour before bed.

morning and night, I had my first sleep in months when I didn’t wake up in a sweat, and ZERO hot flushes today! I’m sleeping better, deeper but do find myself a lil groggy in the morn so I’ve jus changed to 1 tablet twice a day and will see what happens. I highly recommend!!!

Meh ... dont know. dont think sooo – been taking this for the last couple of month . it has eased some wot but still getting flushes at night. but i dont need to turn on my fan.I was taking these a few years ago and worked a treat. it went away. and now its back with vengeance lol. i think i may try remifemin menopause tablets. Show details
