Hauffmann Davis 2000W Electric Teppanyaki Grill

This little grill is fantastic! – Bought this tepanyaki grill for $40 on special at Australia Post and its totally awesome. Its non-stick but a good quality hard, thin and useable non-stick, not the usual plasticky type coating, and it heats up quickly and then cooks evenly across the whole grill. The thermostat settings are great, very precise and accurate, and are spot on through their selected heat ranges. Used it to cook a large batch of pikelets perfectly, and am planning on using it for kebabs and fish and all sorts of food as its so versatile, though probably won’t use the high heat settings so as to maintain the non-stick surface for longer. Its lightweight, is easily cleaned and very well made for its price. Its also well designed, but a minor design issue is that the thermostat settings plug faces forward towards the front, it should be reversed so it folds backwards behind the grill, but this is so minor compared to what a great little cooking unit that this is. Love it!
