but for a reasonable price, I guess thats all you can expect these days. Will probably buy another one for sure. Purchased it from a Mitre 10 store in a sale section hence the cheap price. Looked like it had been sitting in the store for years :)

Unhealthy grill – Had a George Forman healthy grill with a flat and ribbed plate but after many years it died, so I bought this Sunbeam ReversaGrill. So disappointed as there are drip holes but plate is level so food just sits in fat. When I cook bacon short cuts, the oil splatters and pools. Would have been better off with the frypan. Perfect electric grill – It is very easy to set up , to use and to clean. We grilled lots of meats vegetables with it. After setting it up, it really is a flat not so thick one piece grill which is easy to store. We have used it both indoor and outdoor . Great design, high quality, solid, cooks as it should – I have experience with Sunbeam going back to the ‘60s so I am comfortable with the brand and it’s quality. This has gone to another level. Love this Reversagrill!! – I purchased my grill back in 2012/2013..or there about. I sit it on my stove and it stays there because I know I’ll be using it .This grill is superb ! I’ve practically worn the flat side out lol! I love this grill I’ve used it for sooo many dishes ...it makes perfect pancakes!... ...eggs ..potato chips..toasted sandwiches..chicken breasts..You name it and I’ve probably cooked it on this grill..or had a go..I’ve even used it for some frozen foods rather than turn the oven on ..It works perfectly for that. I don’t find the cleaning of it hard at all.. I just pour hot water over the top of the plate while still warm it loosens any stuck food a little detergent and then rinse it off under the hot tap. The tray under it just needs a rinse under hot water, wipe over the spatter on the base it’s done! All of a few mins.

I absolutely recommend this grill. It’s large enough for a family and or single person it cooks fast and evenly and it doesn’t use a lot of power ...The temperature is almost instant heat and doesn’t take long to cool down if needed to .. But like the other lady here sadly I will soon have to retire mine as well ...However there is absolutely nothing wrong with the base I would just like to purchase a new plate for it...mines a little worse for wear 6..7 years lol. After a few YEARS of abuse... It's died. =( – The grill is hard to clean, but I have made hundreds of pancakes, eggs, omelets, hamburgers, bacon, sausages, and much more on this. I moved into a rental with an awful cook top so I used this instead for the past 4 years. It's seen so much use and has done brilliantly, but I had to retire it this evening. Fantastic, versatile grill plate – Enjoyable and easy to use grill plate. medium rare steak. Can flip the plates while still hot. I do prefer the flat side to cook multiple items at the same time. Large surface area for an electric grill plate. Have cooked 6 sausages and had plenty of room for 4 forequarter chops at the same time. Very versatile. Have used it for grilled vegetables, garlic mushrooms, Grilled meat, seasoned chicken pieces, eggs, bacon, pikelets, grilled garlic bread, grilling halloumi etc. I have previously bought other grills, this outshines them all in regards to versatility and usability

Gets used every single day – I read the other reviews and maybe i'm so used to washing this grill I do it with my eyes closed.I have 5 kids,2 have moved out since I bought this.so 5 at home still.All 3 are heavy into sport so for breakfast I cook them bacon and eggs 4 days a week and pancakes the other 3 all on the flat side.Let me tell you pancakes are like the pros on this… Read more

thing.In the evening if i'm not cooking chicken on the grill side I cook massive rump steaks,can flip it over and do mushrooms ,onion and tomatos.Seriously,when I visited my 2 eldest who live across the road from each other,I take this grill with me as I do the chicken while they do the bbq.Try using Tandaco Salt n Pepper Seasoning or Tandaco Souther Fried Seasoning to coat the chicken and cook it on the flat side.The chicked disapears before the steaks and sausages. Finally,my 2 eldest commented on how good the fry fan is, now I can get them 1 each for Christmas,anything else I get them goes into storage so i'm even happier.Seriously,I LOVES this grill and am getting another for myself because you can bet there will be nothing like it to replace it once it's gone.The non stick surface on the flat side is a bit faded but at least it deosn't peel.The scraper is tough plastic designed to get anything stick in the grooves on the grill side,very handy.Washing up is a sinch,hot water,soft cloth and bang it's done..

My reversagrill experience – My sumbeam reversagrill grill was fine for a while.... Then thermostat control started playing up.. And now it's. Just a piece of frustration junk!!

Fast and easy – Finding this to be a really good product after 3 months use. Non-stick surface is excellent for weekend breakfast fry-ups or pancakes. The reverse side (grill) is good for steak, if you get the heat up really high. It heats up really quickly and is quite easy to clean if you're just wiping it down. This is excellent. Easy to use and clean – Recently purchased, and decided on sunbeam as we have other Sunbeam products. We are very impressed with this grill. Remember to use a plastic spatula with it, to avoid scratching it. Easy to clean. Cook, wipe off with kitchen towell or wet chux etc. cooks eggs, meat, etc beautifully.Dual sided but we cook mainly on the flat side. value for money. Easy to use and clean.
