Healthy Choice 10L PFAS-Free Multi-Function Electric Toaster Oven

I purchased this product online from the Kmart website. First thing I did after purchasing the toaster oven was a burn off like it says in the manual. 15 minutes on high heat. Next time I tried to use it to reheat pikelets, it did not heat up. I requested to have a replacement sent, and the second one didn't even heat up properly during the burn off. Even after running it on high for 15 minutes, I could touch the oven surface with my bare hands. Indicator light didn't flash either. (Same with the first one.) So very disappointed with this experience as this size toaster oven is hard to find. I can't help but wonder if there's any that actually work. This product is sold by Kmart, Amazon, Big W, JB Hi-fi and more. Could I be so unlucky to get two faulty ones in a row??? I thought I was going to return the second faulty toaster to get a refund, but was instructed to cut the cord and send the photo to prove I've followed the instruction. Now I'm stuck with a large piece of rubbish until collection day. They don't even retrieve it to check out what the problem was. Videos are of the second toaster, straight after the burn off, checking to see if it might heat up on my second go. Obviously not.
