Brilliant product – Absolutely love this product. I live on my own so is perfect. I have 2 of these and cook all my meals in them as it is more efficient and cost effective than using the oven. I usually cook meat and other mains in 1 and chips and other side dishes in the other. Recently learned how to fry and poach eggs in them. The food is usually delicious and… Read more

cooked perfectly. I use a recipe book from another air fryer as I bought both of mine 2nd hand. Cleaning is easy.

Don't ever buy – Bought this air fryer for my elderly parents 1 year ago. They paid $ 169 .menu button doesn't turn on. Noone contacts me back. So upset with their customer service. My poor parents are devastated. They need a air fryer but I don't know what else to do as they bought it through the internet. Never buy from this company. They have wasted their money and got a dud. Show details

Won't turn on – Went to use it after many months of no use. At turn on it does a lights and display test, then it all goes blank and cant access anything. Won't start. Periodically lets out a beep but thats it. Have checked the plug and power points all ok, checked the basket etc. Show details

Cheap and proves it – Seriously disappointed with this one, it doesn't heat up to anywhere near the temperatures on the dial, we have even tried to pre-heat. I wouldn't bother wasting your money. Perhaps it's a case that you get what you pay for. Show details

Very disappointed – Pleased with all the food we have cooked in this machine. Sadly after a month the rotisserie broke, as this was one of the main reasons for purchasing this machine we were very disappointed. Machine was easy to use and to clean. Show details

bad quality – used once and the rotisserie stopped working, had sat in the box for two years so no warranty, cheaply built with only a 12 month warranty, cooked a whole small chicken which took over an hour on 200 degrees, not the 30 minute as stated in the manual Show details

Excellent for its price – This like a copy of Smith and Noble except it is way cheaper. It has the same accessories like the rotisserie and the cage for chips and veggies. My wife loved using it with baked goods but there are a few items that appeared a bit raw under and already cooked on top. But most of the time food are cooked well either baked or airfried. Show details

Not really a deep fryer surrogate & lasted less than 2 years – We enthusiastically bought into the sales pitch that this delivers the same crisp crunchy pleasures as genuine deep fried without the soaked in fat heart clogging guilt. Plus it looked cool in black with dark tinted visor like a Mad Max motorcycle helmet so what's not to like? Well for starters despite reading the limited instructions & watching… Read more

numerous YouTube tutorials it never delivered on the main criteria which was to produce deep fried goodies with no more than a light spray of cooking oil. Yes it's capable of generating heat but more like a micro turbo fan oven than a real deep fryer. Food comes out baked rather than fried or even roasted nonetheless we gave Healthy Choice a fair go & kept it as an occasional small volume, low overhead alternative to our bigger ovens until it dropped dead in just under 2 years of light duty. Have since replaced with a Breville Smartfryer & back to conventional deep frying albeit in moderation.

Great and easy to use – The healthy choice 10L air fryer has been really easy to use and done amazing roast chicken on a spin and could fix roast potatoes underneath it and was done in just under an hour and love the color. Show details

Digital air fryer – Hmmmm, Thought I was getting a good product but I am slightly disappointed as I was expecting it to be somewhat the same as all the hype I been hearing about how wonderful they are, I personally don't like it and prefer my oven, its noisier than my fan forced oven, it is however quicker in cooking but then I am wondering how much electricity its using. Show details

Easy to use – Great unit simple to use and cooks most foods. The accessories included are good and simple to clean. Cooks chips, sausages, fish, nuggests and roasts with ease and very little mess. I dont add any oil and love how everything comes out crispy. Show details

Stopped working – I love my air fryer but, I switched it on today and...nothing nudda zilch. So going gave it a low rating for that reason only. It's actually pretty good, the chip basket is very hard to clean though. The oil from the chips is impossible to get off. There is probably a trick to that ? Will be sending mine back asap.  Show details

Great for cooking – It’s small , food tastes great , chips awesome but too small, easy to use and clean, I got the 10 litre and it’s bulky but small inside so not so good for feeding a family of 4 all at the same time , looks awesome from the outside, so easy to use it’s not funny  Show details

This is NOT an Air Fryer – Air Fryers cook almost as fast an oil fryers but without the oil. If you are after that, keep looking as this unit is simply a small benchtop Oven. I had been recommended this unit from a friend because of the size and had been in the market for an "Air Fryer" for a while. When I received and unpacked this, to my dismay, its exactly the… Read more

same as the old glass convection ovens with a whole bunch of plastic moulding and extra digital display

The instructions that come with it are your typical Chinese translated and missing word, poor grammar.

For cooking the unit does a respectable job but no different to a standard oven and thus you just use the suggested cooking times from packaging based on the "Fan Forced" Oven.

These appliances used to be called Convection Ovens, purely due to marketing and to make it sound cool, they have started labeling them as Air Fryers, yet again misrepresenting their products to make sales and confuse the consumer.

Cook instructions needed – If I had instruction book to show how to cook in it would make me use it more without it it is just sitting there other people have used it and like it me I need recipes or how to cook in otherwise it will collect dust I hate cooking. Good product great customer service – I didn't pick this fryer but am happy with it. Yes the chips aren't crunchy unless it's frozen chips. The wire basket is hard to clean and really only holds 2 people's chips so I don't use it. I just cook in the non stick pan now and my family love the chips. Initially the cage broke open and scratched the non stick bowl but customer service were fantastic and sent me a whole new machine. Have yet to try other things in it.  Show details

Does the Job – I like this air fryer, its silent and heats up very quickly. The basket size is perfect, and the item itself is very easy to use and manage. The cooldown is quick and can be put away quickly. Not heavy to carry and the size is compact. If you want basic this one does the job.  Show details

Its OK – Bought this after another well known brand airfryer wouldn't start being just out of warranty. Wanted a large one to replace their digitalised large one. It has its issues ie the timer button sometimes doesn't seem to go through the right time, but I can heat up a frozen pizza in 6 minutes. Have had trouble with roasts, but could be they are… Read more

not totally defrosted ie the corn beef took hours to cook properly and then had to put it back in a number of times - the 1300 watts doesn't seem to add up. Paid about $100 for it, so I suppose you get what you pay for. It came off internet.

Disappointing – We bought this from Kogan for one purpose - crunchy air fried Chips! We were looking for a healthier way of making chips and the pictures on the advertisements showed air fried hot chips. Unfortunately, this product does not make crunchy chips - it produces soggy chips that take an awfully long time to cook. We were very disappointed - and Kogan… Read more

do not offer a refund or exchange / store credit as it is not "faulty".

It may work on other options - we have not tried as chips were our main reason for purchase. It is a large product also, so you cannot simple store it on the bench top.
