Heat On Electrical

I had a air conditioning unit installed in the masterbedroom. A large unusual covering was screwed over the wiring, it felt wrong. I removed the cover and found a large rough hole in the wall. I emailed [Name Removed], he told me that this is their usual work and that he was happy with it. After some emailing he said he would fill the hole with foam and seal it. This is not a standard outlined by QBCC, this creates another set of problems.
