First Class Customer Service – I bought this heater from Bunnings and it was easy to assemble. Unfortunately my unit had an issue where it would turn off by itself. I contacted the company and Brandon shipped me a new unit the next day. I had a further issue on fixing it (my fault) and they were super helpful in getting me what I needed at no charge. With just one phone call to the supplier ( thermofilm Australia ) and the sending of serial number and description of my problem , the company didn’t hesitate to have express delivered to my door a complete replacement head unit . Again 20 months into a 2 year warranty and from a state away thermofilm Australian backed their product and renewed my confidence in continuing to buy local. Highly Effective Heater – This radiant outdoor gas heater is highly effective outdoors. It is probably the most powerful outdoor portable heater in the market. And the service from Brandon at Thermofilm is outstanding. We've had ours since 2017 and the ignition system was corroded because of our Ocean environment. price from $199 to nearly $300. I had always promised this time i would get a decent unit and spend a little more. So i was walking though Bunnings and there was a Heatstrip Portable LPG Outdoor heater (TGH34PL-2) floor stock and heavily reduced and assembled for $300, bargain. Now these look flash, expensive and very modern full stainless steel painted matt black and just fits in my ute lying down. I cant comment on how easy they are to assemble as it was done by the nice Bunnings staff. Specifications below. 34MJ, 4 tile commercial quality ceramic burner, for connection to mains Natural Gas (NG) New Electronic finger pull ignition (battery operated), with tilt safety switch and flame failure device. Fully concealed gas pipes and bottle Heater head components made from high quality stainless steel with high temperature paint coating World class wind protection rating at 16 kilometres an hour Suitable for residential and commercial applications.

When i got to home connected it to my gas bottle as so easy to light by just pulling the ring marked "on" with the piezo starter. The only complaint about the unit its either on or off with no temperature control, but its on wheel so if its too hot i can just move it back a little. The unit certainty kicks out out a lot of heat for the size. I have to say its the most modern looking outdoor heater i have ever seen and even if i had paid full price i would have been extremely happy.
