instructions? – Just purchased recently. The instruction manual could be improved in the operations/installation if the written instructions were better explained. The small text is a nuisance to read. Sizes of the drill bits required for wall installing are not given. Operating instruction states 'turning the handle of the thermostat clockwise or counterclockwise....' is difficult as the thermostat does not have a handle! In the low heat mode, the unit is ideal for our bathroom. Turning it on reveals the room temperature, increasing the required temp is easy, but activating the timer is a little hard to master as the instructions are somewhat unclear. It does the job without any complaints from me, looks neat and tidy and it works. And not expensive with a reasonable warranty period.
