Product couldn't be used as there was no app for it in Australia but they have fixed this now – Product needs to be withdrawn as there is no longer an app available in Australia that can operate it. See screenshots. Heater won't work without the app. User manual covers app use only. Update on 13 May 2024: I contacted technical support who confirmed that at that point in time there wasn't an app available for use on an iPhone. They have done follow up and corrected the issue so happy to report there is now an app available and I have installed it and it works.
I have also managed to get the heater working without the app but it is not very intuitive.

Noisy, missing a part – Disappointing. There was a screw missing to mount one of the legs (thought it should have come assembled - not a biggy but annoying to find a suitable screw). Very noisy when fan is on, not just fan noisy but rattling. Couldn't connect to wifi successfully, control panel is therefore difficult to use. It has a tiny little heater mounted in a huge panel. Hot air does come out which I guess is the main thing.
