Heller cheaped out on this downgraded unit. Disappointment plus+ – Shame that Heller went and cheaped out. Not the same as previous TRUSTED model. No improvements here. New model is light & flimsy. never buy again, just stare at it with contempt for ripping customers off and loosing customers. Reviews and word of mouth CAN help other buyers from making the mistake of BUYING this heater unit and not being unhappy.
Super warm – This heater is very warm and heats a large living room well. The large reflective backing must help the radiator bars to reflect the heat, and the fan assists the warm air to circulate. You can choose to have the fan on or off and its not one of the drying fans its more subtle. So far so good, but only had for a week so unsure about longevity. Show details
Don't buy this example of planned obsolescence – The 1st one lasted less than a year before the top element started sparking and fizzing. I took it back and got another one which slowly deteriorated over a year to the point only 1 of the 3 elements now works. A piece of garbage. You get what you pay for. Show details
great heater except the quality of construction is poor – The heater is great and works well, unfortunately the end panel keeps falling off and exposing the wires inside so it's a safety hazard. I will probably try to glue it together. Show details
