Useless, a complete waste of money – This is a 2-in-1 unit, heat lamps are great, light is adequate but not fantastic by any means, a lot of light is obstructed by the heat lamps sitting lower. The exhaust fan is absolute rubbish, my bathroom is small and after a 5 minute shower the steam and condensation in the room was ridiculous, even 15 minutes after my shower you still couldn't see in the mirror, ceiling and walls were covered in condensation. Will never buy a Heller product again, once bitten, twice shy.

Three in one bathroom heater – So noisy you could hear it at the opposite end of the house. Would sound like a jet engine if you had to use the bathroom in the night. Removed it straight away and took it back, after paying an electrician to install and then remove it. Very angry.

Shocker – Fan is absolutely rubbish, heat lamps work great but worthless having exhaust fan on it does absolutely nothing! Very disappointed with this after wanting one for so long cant wait to get rid of it!! The cheap sunair exhaust light sucks more air than this & was half the price! Also costly to install these as time consuming for electricians!

Useless. Buyer Beware – We bought two of these. A licensed electrician installed them both. The LEDs both started to flicker within a day. The e27 heat globes protrude out too much and a lot of the light gets blocked. Gives the bathroom very poor lighting. Absolute waste of money and useless design. They should be taken off the shelves. Absolute money pit and really poor design. Look at the video. Absolutely woeful lighting.
Also good luck trying to find a replacement LED when it blows. The model number can't be found online. It has to be 84mm in diameter.
