Disappointing Product – This wall mounted 3 element strip heater was fitted in our second bathroom, just over 3 years ago. The bathroom is generally used by just one resident and on average the heater is on about 10 minutes per day. Two of the elements no longer work. As it is hard wired, to replace the heater we have the cost of both a new heater and the services of an electrician (not cheap!) I contacted the firm responsible for product inquiries re Heller products (GAF Control) and it was totally dismissive of my concern and offered no help.
