This worked great for four weeks, and then died. (Usage: only 1 hour a day, 3 days a week) It doesn't really heat the room, but it is nice when you sit next to it.. that is.. while it is working.

Defective Design: a cold air pocket on the left – I am sick of kicking off my standing fan heater when warming up my cold feet. I grew up with the sturdy and durable Kambrook low profile heaters that are no longer being manufectured. So I rushed to order this from Appliance Giant via myDeal website for $36. The first one arrived soon but I found about 1/4 of the air outlet was blowing cold air (see photo) and contacted the Customer Service rep of Appliance Giant, in the hope to repair (since the product label states "return to supplier for repair", see photo). Only to be told that Heller deems any faulty product NOT WORTHY FOR REPAIR, so I had to cut the power cord off and sent them the photo before they could send me a replacement (see photo). 3 weeks later finally I received the replacement, and it has exactly the same problem. The $24 Goldair fan heater from Big W has no such issue. It is obvious that Heller's product standards is quite low, with no repair centres in Australia, the profit margin must be very high.
