Don't bother with them. Ridiculous people who would dare ask me to cut my own concrete just to fix their sloppy planning. No formal channel, no good reason, and very underhanded approach that seems to stepping away from both the builder and the owner and directly contact me, the neighbour house. Unreasonably unprofessional, and I suspect very shady conduct.

Quality solar installation – Hembrows installed my 22 panel solar and inverter a couple of years ago. They were outstanding and on time and gave me an excellent system at a good and fair price.

Job to supply power, Work paid for not fit for use. Energex declined connection, refund declined – Not listened to, wouldn't do it the way I asked initially, but in the end they did, but costs, approx $2700 for a power pole not used, and they other work had to be duplicated to get connection. got was a copy of the accepted quotes. How do these companies still trade? I had other Electricians come to check the work and they said it was not fit for use. An Electrical engineering company looked at what I was doing for free and laughed and said why did you get a power pole? good question. Sick and tired of being ripped off. If your building with Dixon don't do that either but don't get Hembrows to do any extra work. The products they use are look ancient, and in my experience don't know what they are doing.

Brilliant – Had our panels installed six years ago. Never had a problem with, saved us so much money. We just get them cleaned every 12 months.

in his trade and friendly service manner was a delight in making a choice in solar a much easier purchase He explained the whole process from start to finish with a clear view of doing the best for us a customer and also making sure all aspect of products and service where explained and guaranteed We had 2 installations dates as we where also getting our roof tiles re done - painted Both his office kept in touch prior to both the installations - Lachlan called the day when arriving to his time of arrival and explained in detail on the day of both installations of products and installation procedures and set the computer up for monitoring He assured as from day one that all installers where employed by Hemrows and all aspects was warranted thru Hembrows - his staff where friendly knowledge able in all aspect in work done We have had solar now for 2 months and are so please with the whole installation l would not hesitate to recommend Hembrows and Lachlan in any aspect of solar products and installation 10 out 10 in every aspect from start to finish Hembrows had made a very confusing situation of knowing how to purchase solar a very re assuring time considering l had 5 other companies quote - they the other 5 companies did not come close by far with there knowledge , products , and reputation as a long standing company both on the gold coast , brisbane , sunshine coast Well done Lachlan and Hembrows for a great job done Regards Glenn Truswell -Robina

Great service – Hembrows in the Sunshine Coast have given excellent service during the building of our new home. We had problem with the aircon. Phoned up one day they came that day to rectify. Thank you Hembrows for your great work.

Great solar – These guys really know their stuff. No dodgy component up sells. Just honest pragmatic advice. Lachy was really helpful and stepped us through the process cause we were a bit confused to start with.

Very poor service – This company provides very poor service when making a warranty claim. It seems the company policy is to ignore the claim and not reply under any circumstances. Dont get caught.
