Have to clear something up – Whatever brand of tribulus you get, look at the protodioscin content, NOT the Saponins. Protodioscin is the ACTIVE ingredient in Tribulus, so it doesn't matter if it's 100% saponins (which sounds good, right?) if the active ingredient or standardized saponins do not state what percentage of protodioscin is has, don't buy it. I bought Thompsons because they stated on thier webisite they do standardise, then on the bottle label there was nothing about protodioscin content. I emailed and they responded with "we no longer standardise our tribulus, sorry for any confusion we'll be updating our website soon" BAH!

Terrible tribulus from herbs of gold. Lie after the other – What can I say folks what I haven't said already. I had to ring the company personally to find the real truth from one female expert of theirs that told me the real truth. She said its tablet contains about 54mg of prodiodoscin , that is why you need to take two a day to complete around 100mg of prodiodoscin that is the necessary daily dose. I swear folks that is exactly what I was told. The rest are saponins that do not even help in building muscle or strength. So please people try and make your own opinion. A good tribulus supplement I highly recommend is Thompson's tribulus 20.000mg per capsule which contains 160mg of real prodiodoscin, yes exact amount not bull. Try it for yourself.
