PMS symptoms! I feel like i am calm and collected all the time.

One thing with this supplement is it makes me easily sleep 10+ hours and gives me bad 3.30-itis, so i am now taking this in the afternoon (instead of the morning) to combat the aftenoon fatigue.

Would recommend this, especially for racing minds at night.

Excellant for stress – I take these when Im under a lot of stress. I have chronic tummy upsets when Im stressed and they really help to settle my stomach as well. They certainly don't cure the symptoms but they do take the edge off. They can be a little hard to swallow, due to there size, but I manage, or break them in half.
