psyllium husk powder most days and my diet is mostly vegan.Without osmolax i virtually have no bowel movements.I have seen the Dr and have regularly checkups to ensure there isn’t an underlying cause. I took 3 tablets first night and had a normal bowel movement and the next day also! Side affects so far is welcome ,wind ! I hope it keeps working like this as I haven’t felt normal like this for years.

Finally RELIEF! – I've been so uncomfortable for the past 3 days......no bowel movements at all, where I'm normally a "daily person". I had lower back pain, and my GP prescribed Endone and Norgesic.....this eased my pain, but the side effects included blocked plumbing...... There was a small amount of cramps, similar to "wind pain", but the result was cleared bowels and soft stools. I'm surprised to find that it's no longer available (not on Chemist Warehouse website). Please bring it back!!
Bad reaction – I took 3 tabs before bed and woke up with abdominal pain. 2 hours the pain lasted. It has eased now but im uncomfortable. Had to cancel shift work today due to this. Not impressed!!!
Excellent product for quadraplegics – very disappointed to see this is discontinued. My quadraplegic son has been using this for 18years and found it the most effective way of helping his bowel management. What will replace it? any suggestions?
Ineffective and the Worst Laxative Product – So I bought this product in hope that it will help me with my constipation issue. uncomfortable to the nth level!! Total waste of money!
Customer service was not a good experience as well, did not even take the batch code and expiration but dismissed it right away - advisor said it's completely normal and there is no batch issue. So having a horrible diarrhoea is perfectly normal if you take Herron Sennesoft?! They only asked me if I want to speak with their health advisor? Why would I talk to someone over the phone when I have already consulted a GP who is in the best position to diagnose my illness?! Unacceptable escalation process!!!
I'm staying away from all Herron products. I do not recommend this product to anyone as I do not wish this to happen to other people! No one should pay to have horrible diarrhoea! I have pictures of the batch code and expiration date for reference but the remaining 87 tablets are going to the bin, where this rubbish belongs!!!
I didn't keep the receipt but I have the packaging for proof of purchase and will attach to this review!
Never buy this again – Brought this product last night and I took 3 tablets with a big glass water the next day it didn't work :( wasted my money not a happy person when being consitpated :@
