Excellent ergonomics and aesthetic - awful finishes and leaks – This sink mixer is visually beautiful, and ergonomically well designed . The pull-out hose & magnetic latch feature to hold it in place is great. Out of the box, it was exactly what I wanted. HOWEVER, 2.5yrs on, and I am going to have to replace it. Incredibly annoyed to have it leaking in 2 places - from the tap end, and from the mixer lever. And the flaking finish is truly unacceptable. Very unhappy. Currently trying to go through the warranty process with Highgrove Bathrooms, but the very limited warranty attached to the product will likely mean I will need to purchase something else. So disappointed. Addit: contacted highgrove bathroom and got a new mixer - this one is still fantastic 18 months later! Apparently , I just got a lemon first time around . Have changed my star rating to 5 stars - everything is excellent!
Hi Jake, I have been given a replacement by Highgrove Bathrooms. It was a very easy process, which was a relief. 5 years warranty. I was told my experience with this tap has never happened before. Hopefully, this is the case with the replacement tap. Time will tell. As previously stated, it is a very well designed mixer. Now, just waiting for my plumber to come and replace it....
