Amazing audio and cystal clear sound. Love playing music and listening to youtube film clips, with the sound bar and subwoofer i can lose hours just tuning out. Surround sound is exceptional when watching action/horror movies. highly reccomened

Follow-up  · Had this for over a year now and can not fault it. TV shows are clearer and crisp audio. Easy to set up and reconnect during moving house. Movies are much more enjoyable. A friend of mine got scared watching a movie as the rear speakers "whispered" and he thought someone was in the house! Priceless!

Purchased in at The Good Guys Physical store for $399.

Bad Product and Disappointing Customer Service – I recently purchased a Hisense sound bar, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. On the first day, the system worked well, and I was initially impressed. However, by the second day, the subwoofer and rear speakers completely stopped working. I contacted Hisense customer service, and while they were polite, their solution was disappointing. They informed me that this issue was a known problem and assured me that a software update would fix it. They planned to send the update via email for me to download and apply.

My frustration stems from a few key points: 1. Known Issue: If this is a known problem, why wasn’t the product recalled or fixed before it was sold to customers? 2. Inconvenience: Expecting customers to troubleshoot and apply software updates for a brand-new product is unacceptable. This shouldn’t be the responsibility of the end user. 3. Store Preparedness: Why weren’t retailers instructed to update the product software before selling it? This would have saved customers from the inconvenience and frustration of dealing with defective products.

The lack of proactive measures on Hisense’s part is baffling. Selling a product with a known issue undermines customer trust and demonstrates poor quality control. Its been two weeks since the fault has been reported and I had been advised the software will be emailed to me in 2-3 business days and yet after two follow ups I have been told they are too busy and I will have to wait. I cannot recommend this sound bar or the brand, as it has been more of a hassle than it’s worth. Hisense needs to step up its game in both product quality and customer care to regain consumer confidence.
