Ordinary – The fridge looks great but it is prone to failing. I had my fridge for less than 10 months and it has stopped working it is either a problem with thefan or compressor. I know of a friend who had the same fridge that stopped working after 4 months. Hisense customer support has been helpful so far.

Lost cooling in fridge side – Noticed fridge side was not cold but freezer side working perfect so rang the customer care line which is a absolute joke as no matter what time of day you ring your on hold for at least a half a hour really pathetic then after lodging your issues you are told a technician will contact you within 2 days because they send out the parts to the… Read more

Then technician contacts you and won't work in with your availability to be home with your work commitments and finally when they can come when you will be home they tell you they don't have the part to fix your fridge and it will be another week then on top of that they stuff up the freezer side which had zero problems before they came without telling you resulting in you loosing your frozen food and in these days and ages unless your a ceo or politician you just don't have any spare cash until payday to replace your food that the technician ruined without telling you so all in all think carefully before you purchase this fridge and if you do purchase then be prepared for the nightmare you will go through to get it repaired.

4litres capacitys that it holds. great for summer. we have a 2 extra 2litre bottle sitting in the fridge of water to fill upi the container in summer. this is great as it eliminates small kids from spilling water all the time. it also encourages them to drink more. it does have a unlock and lock mechanism that is simple engineering feat the only thing i find mind boggeling and if you dont have the manual you will need one and that is the electronic panel on the front. but we have not had to change it yet and the food does not get freezer burnt or fridge burnt. the freezer is a frost freeze which is fabulus so its easy to clean. its a great modern looking fridge and will serve any family home well. enjoy this porduct!

drawers and the freezer is fantastic. Adjustable shelving, room in the door and a drawer at the bottom - lots of room all in all. The fridge section is actually the same size as our entire old fridge, and I don't have to bend down all the time to see what is in there. The lighting is fantastic and it looks as though I'll never have to go through a defrost again! (nasty business). It's easy to clean and looks fantastic! My only gripes are 1. The water dispenser is hard to fill. We saw that in a review but the sales lady showed us that you just remove the container and pop it back in. Ahhh yes, but Popping it back in is tricky. Sometimes after putting it back the water doesn't come out. You have to remove it and put it back again a few times before it works, meanwhile, the water comes out of the dispenser hole and onto the floor. (dispenser locked or unlocked). the last time, it took us a couple of days to work out what was wrong. It turned out that the white rubber washer that was on the spout that has to go back into the dispenser hole.... should have been in the hole, not on the spout. Anyway, we worked it out. The dispenser takes up room though and I'm thinking we could have done without it. 2. We've noticed that the doors are not level at the top... Only my perfectionist bricklayer husband noticed it - now I can see it too.. No big deal however. Oh, we love the ice cube container too - and the plentiful egg holders, that you can place anywhere. All in all, we love it and hope it lasts a long time. Great price. Purchased from the Good Guys. We have a Hisense TV too, and it hasn't skipped a beat. Good brand.

the layout in both fridge and freezer. I find the shelves much better than big drawers in the freezer. Keeps consistent temperature. Nice sleek look. Others have said it is very quiet. I have noticed a bit of vibrational noise, but overall happy with the purchase. Buying on line meant I could organise cheaper delivery and have my old fridge taken away too. Bonus!

Cheap fridge for a reason – I bought this fridge because it was cheaper than other brands and was really big has a water dispenser etc but , it is so noisy at night wakes me up ! This item lasted 12 months and died – This brand I find shoody my fridge died and only 12 mths old cant get anything done call centre staff are ridiculous been without a fridge for 3 weeks approximately and still trying to get refund or store credit, I’d steer clear of this brand as had a freezer that did the same thing shoody manufacturing.  Show details

A well performing well laid out fridge freezer at a great price – Can't fault it. Nicely laid out, very quiet, flexible, good lighting. Has a cold water dispenser that is manually filled. Perfect for my needs and loving it – Bought this during a promo from Harvey Norman and loving it so far. Works real well, lots of storage place and quiet to boot. I love it – It’s a great size. Not bulky at all but still super spacious. I have a family of 4 to feed and plenty of room for every thing. Not loud at all. Crap fridge – It looks good and is practical but ours literally stopped working after about 5 months. Before that, it had these weird dents that appeared at the top. You couldn’t feel them but could see them in certain lighting. Very ugly! Thankfully it has been replaced and so far so good but only time will tell. fall in behind the plastic of the top shelf. I love the water dispenser, a easy way to fill it up, without pulling the water container from the fridge, is to cut a top of a bottle such as a soft drinks bottle and use that as a funnel..

is great for those hot summer afternoons the water comes out very cool and refreshing. The fridge is quite spacious and the freezer is a decent size. Sorry it was actually purchased from the good guys my mistake.

Excellent value! Perfectly does the job it needs to – We are so happy we did not go with more expensive refrigerators. This one, at a very good price obtained on sale, does the job perfectly. Its very smooth and quiet. It has an alarm sound for when the doors are opened,which is really good. while as well. I find the door can stick a bit but maybe that's because our previous fridge didn't have a great seal and I was used to that. On the freezer side of things I like the amount of shelving and the drawers. The only negative I find is that is hard to fit really large items in there due to the narrow nature of the freezer, but we work around this.

Convenient and practical – Having this fridge has made a big difference to my family. We rent so can't have the plumbed in fridge but my daughters drink a lot more water now. Ok, fridge but a little impractical – This is a decent fridge for the price, however the water holder in the main door only holds about 8 litres, and runs out fairly quickly. Could be vastly improved if it had a hose connector for water and ice.
