The product has only been on the market a short time. I have other Hisense products that have been good. Our dishwasher stopped, so we looked at this one rather than repair. At around $800, it was very competitive. Installation was easy. Appearance excellent, control panel is simple, but difficult to read with light graphics, but not a big deal. Best door handle ever. Biggest bottom basket ever, simple to load. Brilliant. Middle basket is a little difficult to get the hang of loading. Not enough cup & glass space, but everything does fit in. The cutlery basket up top is deeper than the previous machine, making cutlery very easy to load. Movable sides need adjusting back to the sides from time to time, but like the bottom basket, it's huge. It takes large handle knives easily. The detergent dispenser is deep so measure detergent powder carefully, and it holds tabs easily. The rinse aid dispenser is huge. Easily the best to fill that I've ever used. 10/10. Shutting the door is easier than our last. There is a fast program that works well, but we did one load and it wasn't remarkable. However, the normal cycle using the Super Dry is just GOLD. Never have we had a dishwasher that dries plastics. Yes, you heard that right, it dries plastics. Unbelievable. Program takes 2.34hrs and the door pops open with 1.33hrs to go and gives a ding ding sound to tell you its open. Leave it open till the next ding ding, and plastics are dry. Thumbs up. This machine is probably the quietest ever. Even the fill is hard to hear. Opening the door to load is easy even with long fingernails (wife). Score 9/10.

Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $800.
