The washer stopped working 18 months in. I've been waiting for a part for more than a month now. Was the door apparently. I still have no time frame of when it will be fixed. Have been without a washer for a month and looks like it's going to be 3 more weeks. Very poor response time from the service department. I'll never buy Hisense anything again. I'll go with whirlpool they apparently have a better service department and quicker parts.
Terrible terrible machine! No problem with the wash cycle but when it comes to spin drying - the machine assumes a life of it's own. going to rip all the tiles off t he wall and would have smashed into the new bench top above where it was supposed to be, had I not intervened. DO NOT BUY IT unless you can strap it down and keep it strapped down!
