I purchased the 7.5kg front load washer model - HWF3S7514X on 18 June 26. Love this machine. Washed really well. I also purchased this machine because of the Pure Jet system. According the Hisense website it is supposed to shower the washing with a jet of water. I am yet to see this jet of water and I have tried a few different wash programs. I have had two live chats with Hisense and neither chats have been able to give me any information about this feature and have left me thinking is there an issue with my washing machine. I am feeling a bit frustrated that Hisense don’t seem to know their own product.

The washer stopped working 18 months in. I've been waiting for a part for more than a month now. Was the door apparently. I still have no time frame of when it will be fixed. Have been without a washer for a month and looks like it's going to be 3 more weeks. Very poor response time from the service department. I'll never buy Hisense anything again. I'll go with whirlpool they apparently have a better service department and quicker parts.
Terrible terrible machine! No problem with the wash cycle but when it comes to spin drying - the machine assumes a life of it's own. Despite being levelled, it vibrates and shudders across the kitchen floor. It was so bad I had to physically put all my body weight on top of it to stop it moving. I have a newly renovated kitchen and this thing was going to rip all the tiles off t he wall and would have smashed into the new bench top above where it was supposed to be, had I not intervened. DO NOT BUY IT unless you can strap it down and keep it strapped down!
