call them, where they just don't give a darn about you. And instead of fixing their product or just calling it back it to send a new one they just refuse to assist you eventually. This TV is COMPLETE GARBAGE. It'll power off on its own and freeze off, it'll lag on you, it'll flash, it'll have spots of lighting, it'll freeze, it'll just have a bunch of huge problems. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. I would not have an issue at the idea of buying with hisense again if they had fixed or traded this garbage for something functional, but they didn't, they made me waste my time, and theirs, and now I have to step it up even higher. I used to have a hisense tv that went well a few years ago, and it still works, but after this experience, they've just striked themselves right out. GARBAGE TELEVISION.

Don't Buy it – It has lots of problem with its software and it firzes all the time can not watch anything on YouTube everything frizz for a while and sometimes it restarts. The support teams are very rude and don't even try to help they say it's slow internet speed even though I have a very fast internet speed at home.

Terrible obviously unfinished software ,questionable 4K capability!!! – Time shift has to be manually initiated, does not work automatically. EPG is inconsistent with info and it only shows 1 day guide up until midnight!!?? The remote and the tv are laggy in response. And I KNOW it is cheap TV but still!!! HISENSE how can you sell tv with this many issues??JUST terrible!!

I installed 3 system hardware inps from Google Play store and all 3 are showing screen/display to be only 1080 with TMali400 GPU at 30hz!!!!

Poor Quality Spent 1200 For Poor Quality Product – Slow start up has ghost effects on sport programs and fast moving programs, 3d won't work only displays green and white on screen. waiting wouldn't you think they would replace unit or take it away for repairs if fault is evident poor.

After sale service not everyone has a spare 1200 to waste on poor products. Will never recommend or ever buy this product ever again, stick to known brands (LG, Panasonic, Samsung, etc.).
