Carers are excellent. Management are not. I've been experiencing many errors caused by very poor management. When I recently experienced a problem with their failure to advise me of a nursing service cancellation, I was bullied into accepting an alternate appointment for the service, despite the only date and time offered being inconvenient for me.

They screwed up big time, but I was the only one inconvenienced and forced to change my plans.

One time a replacement carer turned up, but failed to observe the correct instructions for access to my property. This carer lied in saying that she had read those instructions, but she very obviously had not.

With the failed nursing appointment, I pointed out that they're charging me over $300/week for administrative services. I made the point that I was paying a lot of money for services that were not being supplied.

They agreed with my point and agreed to refund one month's administration fees, but when processing this, they invoiced me, rather than issuing a credit note.

It then took two days for them to turn up and understand and accept and correct this new error of their own commission.

But their attitude in fixing yet another error of theirs was "we've fixed it. Go away"

My attitude is that it should not be my task to find and highlight their errors. Moreover, these errors simply should not be occurring.

While their initial levels of service were quite good, all of this has happened within just the last couple of months, so they've really gone downhill very rapidly.

I've never been one to accept bad service, and today is not the day that I am going to change my approach
