Home Instead

Not impressed! – At the signing up stage with Home Instead in November 2024 I was impressed that they try to find a person who will be the same person each week and as I am not present I thought at least my Mum will get to know the person. Well that didn’t happen. Had 7 visits for home help but 4 different people. The last lady just used disinfectant wipes for everything despite leaving a note saying where cleaning products. As I have a front door camera I found some arrived late and left early. One week they called me at work to say the lady is not coming as she had a personal crisis to attend to and an hour later someone else called and said she had resigned. Have been waiting for a plumber to fix the ensuite toilet for 3 weeks. Just call the care manager to see what’s happening and was talked to like an idiot. So have suspended all services and finding another provider.

Home Care Providers – Just interested as to why there are not any reviews here. I've had a couple of cleaners at my place, both were just fine although I've needed no one else so far. I have a level 3 Home Care package and am looking for providers. First place I look for anything is through Product eview
