Reasonable priced for what you get – By reading all the previous reviews saying how strong the suction was, I was a little let down. In saying that, the vacuum works well on tiled floors but does struggle on carpet. It could have had a few attachments, and i did struggle with removing the actual component to empty the waste. It is very difficult to do, especially if you have weak hands, and i was afraid that i would snap the plastic prong. I was very impressed with the deliver of the vacuum, within 48 hrs.

Impressive Performance – So far, Honiture S14 performing very good. Vacuuming my hard floor unit never been easier. Efficient suction even on the Eco mode (normal setting) with battery life of 55 minutes. I am trying to contact honiture support for parts replacement to buy with no success although the product still under warranty. Unfortunately, customer support is very poor & need urgent attention.

Waste of Money - Do NOT buy – I purchased this unit from Amazon based on their product reviews - What a waste of money, the stated runtime in Eco mode is up to 55mins, I don't even get 20mins in Eco mode (lowest setting) on tiled floor it's even worse on carpet, in this mode it hardly picks anything up you need to run in mid mode to be of any use, which will only last about 10mins from a full charge. The advertised wording of the product is absolute garbage and misleading. One of the features states it has 8 modes of operation, when in fact is only has 3 modes Max, Med and Eco. I would have returned the unit for a refund but stupid me threw the packaging out. I sent Honiture an email expressing my disappointment with the unit and asked if there is anything they can do, but as expected I have not heard back from them... Do NOT buy.
