No replacement handle for broken plastic handle? – The plastic handle broke near the trigger pull on both sides, as I was turning the mop to steam clean the floor, this handle failure was/is the weakest part of the system. I need to replace the handle, but see no parts to do so. Show details

Clean floors – Perfect for tiles or floor boards. Left the house with a clean feeling after usage. I can do my whole house with just one tank and it does not leave the floor wet, quick dry. Pads can have a little more wear though Show details

Dries instantly! – After using the cheap steam mops I wanted a good steam mop that would take marks off the floor and dry quickly and not leave water everywhere like previous ones I have used - this is hands down the best steam mop I have ever bought well worth the money! It has 4 steam buttons for tile, wood, lino and full steam and each function always leaves the… Read more

floors virtually dry! I got 2 blue pads with it and 2 thinner white pads as well but I also purchased 2 thick coral pads from Godfreys for $20 which I just throw in the wash each time after using them and they will last a few years due to the quality of them. I got a small free floor cleaner as well which has lasted months around $20 to buy the larger size. I can do the entire house on one water tank and the cord is long enough but I just add an extension cord and do everywhere. I bought this to get water based paint off floating floor boards and it worked immediately! I was so impressed and it wasn't heavy or cumbersome to use. It isn't noisy and the fact you can do a whole room so quickly and you don't have to wait for the floors to dry is great. Excellent product for a decent price, changes the idea of a steam mop!

Love It – I purchased Steam Scrub after years of an old steamer with just on/off switch. Steam scrub has 2 x tanks ( clean water & solution tank) within 1 unit. The pads stick to the base without any loops. The 'scrubber' is easy to access, just pull the handle up while foot holds edge of base. The bristles are hard. 1 pad was ample to clean whole house. was unnerved by all the buttons. I used the steam trigger pretty heavily and was really happy with the drying time, as well as how much water was left in the tank( 3x2 tiled except bedrooms). The cord is a really good length. I'm really happy with the purchase.

Disappointing Steam Mop – The steam mop is heavy to use. The water tank has to be removed and emptied after each use. It is difficult to refit into the cavity. Steam flow is not automatic and the lever in the handle has to be depressed each time steam is required. It is a far inferior product to the Kenwood Steam Mop I owned and loved to use 16 years ago. The steam mop… Read more

has to be moved over the same section of floor at least six times in order for the floor to be cleaned satisfactorily.

I bought a box of pads - separate pads are required for tiles and laminated flooring. They don't last very long.
