Good – Naturally I was very upset at the turn of events and rang up the 1300number. I was greeted by a pleasant person who listened to my tale of woe and promised to give the message to the Manager. She rang me back and told me that they had decided to replace my vacuum cleaner with a Freedom model - brand new. I was very happy with this offer and feel that "Hoover" have treated me well. Over the years (I am now 65) I have owned quite a few Lark models and apart from breaking alot of belts picking up legos have always been happy with the service.

Thank you Hoover staff you have restored my faith that service does still exist.

Thank you Hoover staff, I liked the liked the look of it,easy to use. Self propelled. Picked up well. It blew up whilst I was cleaning- smoke and dust everywhere. I had blown motor.It took 3 weeks before we were told motor unavailable.
