Horaciobikes Flame
1 review
I’m disappointed with the quality of the bicycle I purchased for my son. After only limited use over the past year, the bike has required multiple repairs. Most recently, the seat came loose during a normal ride, rubbed against the tyre, and tore apart. This has made the bike unsafe to use unless constantly adjusted. In my experience, this level of wear and repeated issues is not what I would expect from a relatively new bicycle, costly, especially one marketed for this type of use. A local bike shop also indicated that this kind of issue should not happen under normal conditions. I contacted the company to seek support, but the outcome was not what I had hoped for and not free of charge. Based on this experience, I would encourage others to carefully consider product quality and after-sales support before purchasing. Unfortunately the company’s response in social media is inconsistent with the emails I have received from them. My 15-month-old bike’s seatpost broke after minimal use, and their emails acknowledged the issue, yet they are now refusing warranty coverage. I am pursuing dispute resolution, but I hope the company addresses this matter fairly and in line with their own communications for future customers.
