Quality of the warranty – My remarks simply relate to the warranty. I have a Gen 1 headset as opposed to the Gen 2 however when the headset started to fail intermittently a few months out of warranty, I got in touch with HP and they sent somebody to replace both the cable and Head mounted display no questions. So if you're not sure of the build quality, fear not, their warranty is excellent.

Great improvement in VR imaging – Upgraded from Oculus Rift - great leap in visual quality. Headset design similar to Rift and more comfortable to wear. Easier to put on and take off especially for one who wears glasses. Headset cable heavy and seems to get in the way a lot. Audio superb. Not yet tried the microphone. Controllers seem 'cheap' at first but require 2 batteries and that provides a more solid feel. Supplied batteries did not last long and fresh replacements just inserted. Battery drain may be an issue. Reverb G2 is a Microsoft Mixed Reality (WMR) device. Not the best for software but links to SteamVR for great software. Can also play Oculus content via SteamVR but some apps don't translate well especially mapping of Controllers.

Fantastic clarity but terrible microphone – Positives, resolution, light weight, earphones and comfort, fantastic. However, if used for online gaming with voice services such as Discord, very poor, unusable. Connected extra headset microphone. So very dissapointed.
