HQ Electrical & Air As I understand it, Grayson, an experienced electrician, owns and operates the business and wife, PK, handles customer calls, schedules call outs and deals with invoicing. When I rang this afternoon, PK listened carefully and sympathetically to my electrical problems. She showed a good understanding of the core issue and was able to quote me a very fair and competitive price for the work involved. Then few minutes later, PK rang to advise that Grayson will arrive in 50 minutes! Grayson came, identified the issues, did the replacement of the RCD which was burnt out and tightened items carefully to ensure complete safety of the fuse box. I note that Grayson follows the “old school” work ethics which aim to do the work properly and professionally (rather than going all out for money like some others do nowadays). While fixing, Grayson also very kindly shared some safety knowledge which I have found hard to come by. As such, I am delighted to refer PK and Grayson to anyone who desires electrical services with utmost professionalism, conscientiousness and fair pricing. Well done, PK and Grayson!!
